Each Wendy Perry piece is designed and handmade by Wendy. The line’s worldly aesthetic is inspired by her frequent travels. From Italy to India and the Southwestern United States, Wendy seeks out stones, gems and even vintage jewelry to rework to create one-of-a-kind appeal. With a grandfather who owned a lapidary store full of crystals and Zuni fetishes, and a trendsetting grandmother who taught her the ropes in sterling factories and markets in Mexico and other family members who have influenced her craft, Wendy has always known that stones, gems and jewels have their own story, special meaning and healing powers. She takes pride in constructing each piece with found pendants and stones from her travels and then sharing the finished product’s story. Wendy Perry jewels become heritage pieces that long-time clients collect. Wendy, who lives in North Carolina and has one daughter, began her successful jewelry line nearly two decades ago, selling to customers directly and stocking stores in the Southeast. Over time, she’s narrowed her line’s focus to creating bespoke pieces featuring semi-precious and precious stones. “These jewels and pieces are the product of my journeys. I love that they become part of my clients’ stories and that we have that shared connection.” – Wendy Perry
